Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Board of the Florence Fuller Child Development Centers, it is my privilege to introduce you to the critical and comprehensive support services we offer to economically disadvantaged children in our area.  As with so many others, I became involved with this organization because I saw firsthand the needs of less fortunate families in our community; and the many ways in which our Centers were able to change their lives and futures.

This year as we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we as a Board wish to thank and commend the many volunteers and community leaders who have supported and guided FFCDC since its infancy for their outstanding dedication to children, vision for change and willingness to serve.  All of us are honored to sit and work in the company of such leaders, and we look forward to continuing that important mission in the coming months and years as we work diligently to meet the complex needs of our children and their families.

With this in mind, we hope you will find time to visit our Centers and meet the many individuals who make it such a special place, as well as the children who benefit from such a nurturing environment.  Our ultimate goal is to prepare children for a lifetime commitment to learning and social achievement, while empowering their families to build a brighter future.

It is my hope that our website conveys the warmth, enthusiasm, and vitality of all who learn and work here; along with the innovative programs and stimulating learning environment we are proud to offer.  As you peruse it, please consider making a meaningful contribution through your efforts, ideas, and resources.  We rely substantially on help from the community to serve the more than 600 children and families who benefit from our services each year.  Your contributions are vital to moving our mission forward.
